GBMP Lean Certificate in Healthcare
This essential program was developed to provide healthcare professionals with the knowledge, experience and confidence to effect positive change within their own organizations. The comprehensive course teaches the fundamentals of continuous improvement in a classroom setting in tandem with working as teams applying the principles and tools of continuous improvement in actual healthcare processes at a host hospital. 2019 schedule of offerings will be posted soon.
